eStatement Setup

Why use eStatements?

You won't miss paper statements with these online benefits. We've made it easy for you to receive free electronic statements for your eligible CFDCU accounts. Once you sign up, we’ll send a notification email every month.

With eStatements you can view, download or print an electronic version of your statement that looks just like the paper version you receive by mail. Up to 24 months of your previous statements are available online.

How do I set it up? -PC Version

Are you a HomeTeller user? If so, just follow these steps from a PC:

  1. Log in to HomeTeller

  2. Click on the menu icon in the top left (looks like three lines)

  3. Scroll down to Settings under the User Profile section

  4. Click Edit Email under the Account Settings section

  5. You should see one or more of your email addresses. Click the one you want your estatement notifier sent to.

  6. Click the checkbox labeled Statements

  7. Our eStatement Disclosure should open. Please read carefully and if you agree, click I Agree.

  8. Once the disclosure closes, click the blue Submit button

You’re done! Now each month we will send an email notifying you when your statement is ready. To view it just log back in to Hometeller and select Statements + Documents.

How do I set it up? -CFDCU Mobile Version

  1. Log in to CFDCU Mobile app

  2. Click on the menu icon in the bottom right (looks like three dots)

  3. Scroll down to Settings under the User Profile section

  4. Select Manage Emails under the Account Settings section

  5. You should see one or more of your email addresses. Tap the one you want your estatement notifier sent to.

  6. Select Statements

  7. Our eStatement Disclosure should open. Please read carefully and if you agree, tap I Agree.

  8. Once the disclosure closes, select Save
